Advisory for items requiring heated shipping

Damages due to broken bottles because of cold temperatures will not be eligible for a refunded unless the climate controlled option is chosen.

We recommend that all customers choose climate controlled during the colder months when ordering glass bottled items, (especially containing syrups), and items with a high water content that are susceptible to damage upon freezing (such as Zeroodle)

If you still want to order bottled or high-water-content items after reading these terms, please note the following:

Please ensure that the delivery address is one where there is always someone available to receive the package..

If you did request "Safe-Drop" (same as leave-at-door and no-signature-required, this puts your items at high risk for freezing, please ensure you are home to receive the package if you choose this option.
We are not liable for spoilage or breakage due to failure to pick up at door

If you did not request “Safe-Drop” and no one is available to receive the package at the time of delivery, the shipper will leave a delivery notice at the door/mailbox to notify which postal outlet the package can be retrieved from.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pickup the package in a timely manner, either left at the door, or left in the post office.

Advisory for perishable items:
We do not recommend customers from outside of Ontario ordering perishable products during the summer months. (This includes bakery items, breads, cheesecakes, etc)
